In 2003, and after much political negotiations, our Memphis Zoo finally received pandas Ya Ya and Le Le. On loan to us for the next ten years from China, they have brought great joy and entertainment to the thousands that have come to see them. This painting has been another good one for me winning two People’s Choice.
